Titan 700-203 Grease
- Primary Application: It is used for fluid section lubrication and packing break-in. It should be applied to the pump plunger and packings during assembly, after cleaning, or periodically through the pump's grease fitting (zerk).
- Key Benefits: It forms a protective film on the plunger and cylinder wall to prevent metal-on-metal contact. It also saturates new packings to prevent "burning" or dry-start friction during initial operation.
- Compatibility: It is the factory-approved lubricant for a wide range of Titan professional sprayers, including the Impact 440, 540, 640, and the Helix FR/VR series.
