The people at Paint Hose are great helpful and and have a want to help attitude. The cylinder was out of stock but still got to me in a reasonable time. When it arrived, I put the packing to soak , and 20 minutes after soak time I tested the machine everything worked perfectly and the pressure was at 3300 . And I also had a happy customer.
