The General Pump D30002 is a 3/8" x 100' hand crank hose reel constructed of solid steel with rolled edges to protect hose & hands. The hand crank rewind loads hose onto the reel smoothly and easily, and the locking mechanism allows you to set the length of hose and lock the reel.
